About Living Health

Living Health is a combined health clinic and beauty salon, specialising in Chiropractic, along with a wide variety of other health and beauty therapies. The firm was founded nearly 30 years ago, and has a reputation for the highest professional standards, while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our over-riding objective is to ensure that every client’s experience lives up to the firm’s maxim: “Feel Your Best”, whether that’s from the pain relief of a Chiropractic treatment, the dreamy relaxation of an indulgent massage, or the confident “feel good” of having beautifully manicured fingers and toes!

Based in the market town of Grantham, Living Health is something of a local landmark, especially as our building is famous for being the birthplace and childhood home of Margaret Thatcher, one of Britain’s most influential (and controversial!) Prime Ministers! Her father, Alfred Roberts, owned a grocery shop, and the family lived in the rooms above. This was a big influence on Thatcher’s view of small businesses bringing prosperity to their communities, and being the lifeblood of the nation’s economy. And indeed, we are very proud of being an integral part of this fascinating little town.

The Covid lockdown crisis was hugely challenging to the firm, but it really helped to cement Living Health as a team – everyone realised that the only way to weather that storm was to behave like a family, all pulling together and giving each other full support. We’re very proud that we didn’t lose a single team member due to the lockdowns, despite the personal and commercial hardships we all faced. And we’re truly grateful to each other for that hard work and support, as well as to our loyal clients, some of whom have been coming to us for over 20 years!
