Despite nearly 30 years in practice, Lois has not lost the wonder and
satisfaction in seeing how powerful chiropractic can be in affecting people’s lives and overall well-being, and she maintains her strong commitment and passion to provide excellent care.

Lois’ combination of academic excellence, extensive experience and genuine empathy and care for her patients make her a trusted and sought after chiropractor. Her registration with BUPA is testament to her professionalism and dedication to delivering top-quality care to a wide range of individuals.

Married to Gareth, with two teenage children, Jacob (who has chosen to study chiropractic) and Lydia, an old Jack Russell, Tilly, and two ginger cats (strays but who have made themselves very much part of the family!)

She is a member of both the British Chiropractic Association and General Chiropractic Council, and has been working here at Living Health since 2007 .

Her time here, and her 17 years’ experience, means Lorna has a strong reputation in Grantham and most of her referrals come from recommendations by previous and current patients who have benefitted greatly from her care. 

Lorna uses a lot of soft tissue techniques as well as joint manipulation in her treatments and also prescribes patients with stretching & strengthening exercises to help prevent reoccurrences.

As a migraine sufferer herself she particularly enjoys helping patients who struggle with migraines and headaches arising from the neck.

Outside of work Lorna is a cat mum who enjoys reading, travelling, the
paranormal and changing her hair colour.

Previously, I worked at Eden Hall Day Spa which was amazing for the experience, and is a very different atmosphere to working in a place like this. What I like about Living Health is the variety of different treatments and how everyone is easy-going and friendly. My favourite treatment to give is an Indian head massage because it covers the upper part of the body which people mostly struggle with such as headaches, sore neck, back pains etc, and I like to help people. I would describe myself as outgoing, cheerful and easy to talk to, I want to make sure my clients are well looked after by me and the team to ensure they come back for many more treatments.

My background has always been as a personal assistant, so I like to  be organised and plan, which is difficult with two young boys at home, so Living Health is a little calming retreat for me whilst working. My hobby is making cards and crafts, which I am very lucky to be able to sell in the clinic. I look forward to meeting you!

I’ve been working with Living Health for about two years now. I work on reception part time and deal with administrative tasks and general receptionist duties.

Out of work I enjoy travel dancing kayaking and festivals.

One of my future goals is to go travelling off grid in our camper van and explore the world.

True to my Taurean traits, I am quiet, capable and determined with a love for family, friends and a good time! Being a bit of a foodie, my interests include great food and fine wine. And finally my two most favourite people are my husband Nick and my beautiful daughter Abigail!

When not occupied with the myriad tasks of running of a small service-oriented business, Michael plays squash, is an adventure-travel enthusiast, and tinkers with computers. At home, he is tolerated by his lovely wife and twin daughters due to the high quality his dad-jokes, but his cats are less appreciative because cats are like that.

I look after the
receptionist and therapist teams and generally make sure the business is running professionally and we give the best to everyone that walks through the door.

I have worked at Living Health for eight years. Also had my own business for 10 years which was Massage and beauty Therapies I first started out by renting a room for 10 months then went mobile I had an excellent client
base.

I have many years working in management roles and retail experience.

When I am not at work I love to socialise, travel and I am in to spiritual
learning.

A lot of my work is behind the scenes but you will also find me welcoming customers behind our reception desk. I pride myself in trying to make every aspect of your visit to Living Health a positive and enjoyable one.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, and coming into Living Health for treatments, my favourite treatment is our new signature package.
